The IT Manager will be responsible for retail systems (POS) across Canada and will be responsible for a team of 5 (developer, project manager, technical analyst, quality assurance analyst and business analyst).
Ensure that POS services and projects meet the objectives and requirements of the company;
Ensure the performance of the systems while identifying and resolving the various problems;
Develop strategies to improve the efficiency of systems;
Manage several projects, including customer loyalty, updating terminals and security standards;
Manage the operational budget for activities related to Canada’s POS systems.
