  • Knowledge of Mac and PC products (OS and Windows)

What will your days look like?

  • Respond to support requests (calls and emails)
  • Assist our customer on the use of our different tools
  • Efficiently manage the ticket system
  • Configure customer accounts, data entry
  • Diagnose problems
  • Participate in finding solutions to improve the department
  • Other related tasks within the department

Monday to Friday

Training period done on site, day schedule

Partial telecommuting afterwards, evening schedule (4pm-9pm)


18 - 20$ per hour network
