The Technician will be responsible of supporting an important intralogistics software and its various modules in order to support the employees of the company.
Respond to the requests (telephone and electronic) from the software users;
Investigate and effectively resolve technical problems;
Carry out various technical tests in order to identify the optimal solutions;
Follow up with employees and provide high quality service;
Work in collaboration with production operations.
1+ year of experience as a Software Support Technician;
Experience with a database and Linux systems;
Good knowledge of WMS (SAP EWM or other);
Knowledge of intralogistics and/or a strong desire to learn;
Interest or experience in Java/SQL software programming (asset);
Experience in Quality Assurance (asset);
Be open to a 40h/week schedule and 4 days on rotation;
Degree in computer science;
Bilingualism (French required and functional English).
