The Opportunity
In this role, the successful applicant will work with Fortune 500's, large system integrators, and global partner organizations to design technological solutions for the implementation of SkyHive's Enterprise reskilling technology. This process will require an understanding of clients' business needs, their specific technological landscape, and the optimal positioning of SkyHive's technology among existing HCM, LMS, ATS systems. Commonly, the role will require the scoping of complex integrations between these systems, in a variety of configurations: cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-prem.

The technical analyst is responsible for leading the discovery and requirements gathering process with incoming clients, to ensure a high-quality, focused, software Solution that addresses their unique needs while leveraging existing SkyHive systems and capabilities. This role is critical to understanding and interpreting client needs to a focused scope that can be implemented by the Technology team.

A successful applicant should have excellent client-facing capabilities, a strong background in technology, and experience working with large-scale system integrations.

The Role

  • Lead the discovery process to propose a detailed scope for subsequent implementation, to be passed onto the Technology team
  • Conduct analyses and provide technical guidance to support the delivery team
  • Partner with other technical team members to standardize and improve existing data sources and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technology, customer success, and product, to improve user experience and drive operational improvements
  • Work with client data directly, identifying gaps and proposing solutions to data quality or structure issues.
  • Experience using quantitative analysis to identify areas of improvement and influence business decisions
  • Understand the SkyHive Enterprise reskilling platform and the role it plays within organizations, be able to relate outputs of reports to specific capabilities and modules.
  • Work within the Solutions team, and scope, propose, and support with custom reporting solutions from early client conversations to delivery (by working directly with data analysts to determine the feasibility of requests)
  • Work closely with the Technology team within the company to ensure that the technical capabilities required by clients are available for projects and working to a high standard of quality
  • Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
  • Support with the generation of the end-of-pilot report.

Who are you?

Qualifications (Must haves)

  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing capacity, where responsibilities included scoping, proposing, and architecting software solutions
  • 3+ years experience in a technical capacity (e.g software engineer, architect, developer)
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex data using SQL and scripting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations + best practices
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Strong communication

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working with HCM systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo
  • Experience working with partners, system integrators, and consultancies a plus
