Validation Engineer, Connected Vehicles

We're looking for a Validation Engineer reporting to the Connected Vehicle Project Manager to join us on our motorsport technology adventure. Your main mandate will be to write and execute validation plans, as well as implement functional validation and automation strategies for our advanced dials and infotainment systems. YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Write functional validation plans for our connectivity technologies, ensuring complete coverage of functionalities and use scenarios.
• Execute the validation plan and provide essential support for Hardware In the Loop (HIL) validation, implementing rigorous tests for our embedded solutions.
• Analyze test results, identify bugs and non-conformities in relation to requirements, and actively contribute to improving the quality of our products.
• Drive the automation of validation tests, identifying and coordinating the implementation of automation strategies to accelerate and optimize the validation process.
• Work on a wide range of motorsports vehicles, integrating and validating our cutting-edge connected solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary technology development teams and vehicle integrators.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Experience in the validation of software and embedded systems, with a proven ability to write and execute complex test plans and analyze results.
• Knowledge of test automation, with practical experience in identifying and implementing automation strategies to improve the efficiency of validation processes.
• Autonomy and leadership, the ability to take initiatives, lead validation projects and coach team members toward excellence.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to innovate, always on the lookout for new methods to push the limits and improve validation processes.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English are essential for working effectively in multilingual teams and with international partners.
• Interest in the field of recreational vehicles, with a solid understanding of the specific challenges involved in integrating and validating connected technologies on various types of vehicles.
• Available to travel occasionally.
