Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Director will be responsible for providing a strategic vision and propelling the IT projects of an NPO spread across 2 sites in Quebec, while managing an IT team made up of approximately 6 people.

Carry out the technological plan for the 8 main application products
Mobilize developers and contribute to their professional development
Ensure the performance and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure
Manage the IT budget of nearly $1M, the IT inventory and the relationship with suppliers
Carry out technological monitoring in this business area and stay on the lookout for new trends
Work in an environment mainly on Windows and Microsoft 365
PROFILE
10+ years of experience in IT
Professional experience in team management (infrastructure and development)
Good business understanding of application development, experience in a software company
Experience in IT infrastructure management (Network and Security) in small environments
Mastery of the Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
Knowledge of marketing/sales of application products (strong asset)
