Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you will play a role in healthcare innovation as a key member of the EMR Product Operations team. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders turning raw data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions. You will identify and report on key performance indicators that support stakeholders' business and product strategy needs.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, and analysis as well as modeling, visualization, and communication of the deliverables
  • Ensure that product usage data is tracked, structured, and accessible to product managers and other stakeholders by building out reporting capabilities for accurately tracking key metrics
  • Investigate, analyze, and develop recommendations that support key business priorities and product decisions; translating these recommendations into initiatives and executable actions
  • Perform a variety of ad-hoc analyses and proactively identify areas of opportunity in partnership with product managers
  • Contribute to and support the data strategy across the business
  • Develop and implement metrics related to the programs' strategic goals including financial, application quality, customer adoption, and more
  • Collaborate with data experts to manage and report on product performance through visual dashboards and reports
  • Coordinate new data development, ensuring consistency and integration with the existing data warehouse structure

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in analytics, business administration, mathematics, computer science or equivalent
  • Several years of experience monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Deep experience with data visualization techniques and tools
  • Professional experience with Google Sheet, Data Studio & Microsoft Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of key SaaS metrics
  • Known for strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; for going beyond the data to deliver the 'so what' that drives decisions
  • Recognized as a collaborative team player who builds trusting relationships in an extensive network of stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools
  • Experience with Looker BI platform
  • An insatiable appetite for modern and emerging technologies and tools
