The System/Network Administrator will be responsible for enhancing the organization’s current IT infrastructure (having approximately 100 workstations and 200 employees) and advancing the various IT projects.

Be the first full-time in-house System/Network Administrator
Administer servers and network to maximize availability and performance
Manage IT projects (M365 migration, Azure, VLAN, ticketing system, IT equipment, and others)
Carry out technological monitoring and recommend the best solutions corresponding to business needs
Work in an infrastructure on Windows Server, VMware, Veeam, Microsoft 365, FortiGate
Maintain technical documentation up to date and ensure compliance with procedures/policies/standards
Support the two Technicians on complex technical problems and report to the IT Director
PROFILE
5+ years of experience as a System/Network Administrator
Strong autonomy and expertise in improving IT infrastructure
Proficiency in Windows Server, VMware, Veeam, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory
Professional experience in network infrastructure (switch, router, firewall, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Knowledge of FortiGate (asset)
Interest in a full-time position at 32.5 hours/week (every Friday afternoon off)
