We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing and standardizing our Salesforce org. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of developers.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Architectural Design:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into modern, standardized technical solutions.

Modernization and Standardization:

  • Drive initiatives to modernize and standardize our Salesforce org, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement the latest Salesforce features and technologies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers.
  • Mentor team members on best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Salesforce strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align Salesforce solutions with broader business goals and objectives.

Customization and Development:

  • Perform hands-on development and customization of Salesforce solutions when necessary.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Integration:

  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and external applications.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other business systems.

Governance and Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce Salesforce development and deployment best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and deployment guides.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and QA teams, to deliver successful Salesforce implementations.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Salesforce certifications, including Certified Application Architect and Certified System Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including data model, security model, and integration capabilities.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec or unilingual English-speaking on a daily basis.
