Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for Level 2 support the 450 employees of the company in the greater Montreal area.

MORE PRECISELY

  • Perform technical support on the computer hardware and software used
  • Manage requests through the ticketing system and contribute to various special IT projects
  • Work closely with the Level 1 Technician, the Level 3 Technician, and the IT Director
  • Work in an environment on Azure, Windows, Microsoft 365

PROFILE

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Technician
  • 1+ year of experience with Azure
  • Professional experience in level 2 technical support
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
  • Experience in a multi-site environment (asset)
  • Autonomy and good adaptability
  • Class 5 driving license and car
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
