IT Functional Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Functional Analyst will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency of a multinational’s migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365, mainly for the customization of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Services module.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze the technical requirements, then check the feasibility and added value of the configurations
• Advise teams, make various recommendations, and influence informed decision-making
• Ensure the optimal configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to the real needs of the company
• Contribute to preliminary unit testing following suggested feature changes
• Participate in employee training to ensure effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Be at the heart of a team specialized in Business Applications made up of around 5 people
• Ensure effective communication to ensure sound change management

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Functional Analyst
• Professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Good knowledge of the fields of the Sales & Marketing module, and Customer Service
• Understanding of the interaction of these fields on the business process
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong analytical skills and focused on process efficiency
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (English required, functional French)
