Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Analyst will be responsible for carrying out functional analysis as well as business analysis related to the company's various IT projects.
MORE PRECISELY
- Document the functional aspect, business needs, use cases and processes
- Contribute to several application projects (replacement of the financial system, development of personalized applications, business intelligence project, development of integrated management systems, etc.)
- Participate, if necessary, in the implementation of performance indicators and promote continuous improvement
- Work in an environment mainly on .NET, Azure DevOps, ITIL, GitHub
- Work at the heart of an IT team of around 7 people (Developers, IT Technicians, DBA, IT Director)
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
- Professional experience in functional analysis and business analysis
- Good knowledge of the .NET and/or Azure DevOps environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and good analytical mind
- Skills in writing documentation and a structured approach
- Experience with Jira and Lucidchart
- Mastery of ITIL and/or GitHub best practices (assets)
- Certification as a Business Analyst (asset)
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
