ERP Pre-sales Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The ERP Pre-Sales Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager in the process of selling personalized management solutions to new clients, covering the technical aspect.

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze and understand client technical needs
• Advise clients on the implementation and/or improvement of ERP systems
• Identify personalized solutions for each client
• Carry out technical demonstrations and attend solution presentations
• Contribute to the growth of the company and work in an environment mainly on Sage X3

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
• Professional experience in business and functional analysis
• Good knowledge of an ERP system, ideally Sage X3
• Experience in pre-sales (strong asset)
• Strong family and collaborative spirit
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
