  • Design, install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless);
  • Identify client needs for new business opportunities or ongoing projects;
  • Define the scope of projects and draft proposals;
  • Serve as a technical reference on the team;
  • Prepare blog articles, technical papers or other documents to promote the firm;
  • Provide leadership when preparing technical and commercial proposals;
  • Prepare technical reports and recommendations;
  • Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments;
  • Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success;
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations;
  • Use your professional network to generate business opportunities;
  • Promote BBA services to potential clients;
  • Based on your interests, you may be called upon to take on the following roles: technical expert, project leader or project manager, client account manager.

Overview of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or DCS in one of the following areas: electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, automated production engineering, telecommunications or network administration or any other relevant training
  • Asset: experience with information and communication technologies (ICT)
  • Asset: experience with operational technologies (OT)
  • Asset: experience with consulting
  • Asset: bilingual (English and French)
