Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for leading and supporting CSA Group's enterprise software applications. This includes owning the technical configuration, development and user support. Results are delivered through project work, continuous improvement work and production support. Objective is to ensure Salesforce and integrated apps support all business capabilities & requirements needed by CSA Group.

Responsibilities:

Delivering Results

  • Demonstrates a deep knowledge of all Saleforce.com product offerings and solutions.

  • Provides development of features in Salesforce, including but not limited to new Apex, LWC, Triggers, Classes, Validation Rules, and Layouts.

  • Provides setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce applications ecosystem: Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, custom components and various AppExchange packages.

  • Supports the QA team in the development of test scenarios to ensure system development and changes meet business needs including integration across platforms.

  • Leads the technical delivery of IT projects and continuous improvement enhancements.

  • Works closely with business to understand business & user provide feedback from the perspective of technical best practices.

  • Leads discussions and presentations with the business to understand, define and document current and future state requirements and processes and develop technical specifications for projects and enhancements.

  • Translates functional requirements into technical documentation.

  • Identifies improved ways for application systems to meet CSA's evolving business needs.

  • Ensures that implemented solutions meet our standards and follow our guidelines.

  • Works with other Senior Solution Architect(s) to analyze and design solutions to address business needs.

  • Manages escalations from business stakeholders and effectively communicates to drive decisions.

  • Supports application users by resolving system-related problems in a timely manner, with the ability to recognize systematic issues which require further configuration or development.

  • Builds trusted relationships throughout IT organization to enable delivery of client requirements.

  • Promotes quality, innovation, teamwork, and timely communication of issues/opportunities.

  • Supports external and internal self-assessments, as required.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or degree

  • Appropriate Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer

  • 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience

  • Salesforce.com (SFDC) Lightning experience with configurations, APEX development, Visual Force, Triggers, LWC, CPQ, Experience Cloud with strong knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture frameworks, best practices, and business processes

  • Hands-on Code Optimization, Integration Experience

  • Experience using versioning control/continuous integration tools.

  • Experience with production support of application systems.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.

  • Fundamental understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy

  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (eg. Waterfall, Agile).
