Do you have a passion for building strategic, integrated marketing plans, whilst cultivating strong relationships?

As a Senior Product Manager - Mobile Devices Go-To-Market & Product Marketing, you will develop, lead, and execute the go to market strategy for mobile devices from OEMs such as Apple, Samsung, and Google as well as internal projects such as eSIM. TELUS views smartphone launches as major marketing events that drive forward our strategic priorities, and you will be at the forefront of these launches. You will also lead TELUS' mobile device product marketing efforts, a new, centralized, highly collaborative elevation program focused on driving mutual, in-lifecycle growth for both TELUS & our OEM partners. Across both responsibilities, you will be building integrated 4P marketing plans for both launch, and sustain, periods, supported by a robust array of ATL and BTL marketing tactics. And, you will rally a diverse set of stakeholders to accomplish big, audacious marketing goals to establish TELUS as the destination for the latest tech. You will be part of a 5-person team, but will partner with 60+ team members across other functions and numerous external partners as part of your day-to-day work.


Here's How:

  • Lead, develop, and execute the marketing strategy for mobile device product launches, spanning 60+ stakeholders including product, marketing communications, channel, base communications, and digital teams
  • Collaborate with OEMs to define the mobile device(s) value proposition and key selling features, culminating in the development of a highly integrated, strategic go-to-market launch plan
  • Jointly architect OEM agency briefs for major launch, and sustain, marketing campaigns
  • Define key success metrics for product launches, conduct data based post-mortems, and take action to drive desired targets
  • Lead the development and execution of in-lifecycle product marketing campaigns, uncovering and centralizing a robust roster of elevation tactics across multiple teams
  • Create strategic, data driven recommendations across the who, what, when, where, and how to elevate key partners

  • Passionate, dynamic, and committed, looking to continuously raise the stakes in their role
  • Bachelor's degree or similar post-secondary degree, with 4-7 years of relevant work experience
