Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 3 years of professional experience working with website projects, and proven skills in both digital project management and client service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with demonstrated abilities to manage a variety of task types and complexities. Being an articulate communicator with an ability to adapt is key. This role involves navigating questions and challenging situations on the spot while providing solid rationales for recommendations made.

What We're Looking For:

The must-haves:

  • 3 years minimum of agency experience in project management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of common best practices in relation to website design and development
  • Experience briefing and working with design, development, and SEO teams
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS (coding languages knowledge is a bonus)
  • High proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides

Not deal-breakers, but assets:

  • Agency experience
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog)

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Be a part of the Web Growth & Optimization team that manages web maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and clear communication throughout the project.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all aspects are well-defined.
  • Lead a team of web developers, designers, and other specialists to ensure effective project execution.
  • Manage weekly scheduling and resource allocation for the internal project team, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet project needs.
  • Populate content into WordPress CMS.
  • Conduct QA testing (manual and automated) on various website projects, including functional and technical testing, accessibility testing, SEO checks, cross-browser testing, and cross-device testing.
  • Work within a ticketing system to proactively communicate with clients and various SMEs across the agency, including designers, developers, and SEO strategists, throughout the project.
  • Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies in project management, marketing, design, and development.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 + benefits

Location: Canada

We are open to applicants across Canada. We currently have team members in British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta. Our Vancouver team has the option to work from home or the office.
