ROLE SUMMARY: You are an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud AMS (Application Management Services) professional Consultant, who enjoys managing and supporting the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Payroll application after the implementation is complete. You’re a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client’s unique needs. You have an eye for creating solutions and can see the gap between where a client is at and where they need to be, and love assisting the users to get them there.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Skills:
· 5+ years consulting experience with demonstrated experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, and support on at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
· Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
· Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies and tools.
· Proficient on Microsoft Office Tools, specifically PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
· Ability to work with executive leaders to drive.
· Experience reporting to senior client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on and offsite, and offshore functional and technical teams.
· A bachelor’s degree or college diploma
· English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
