What You Would Be Doing:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and prioritize features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
    • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning developers, software engineers, and designers, to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
    • Define and prioritize product backlog items, write user stories, and groom the backlog to ensure alignment with product vision, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
    • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, analyzing market trends, and conducting user research to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
    • Drive sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, fostering collaboration and accountability among team members, and ensuring that sprint goals are met on time and within scope.
    • Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and key milestones to stakeholders, providing transparency and building trust throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Continuously monitor product performance, track key metrics and KPIs, and leverage insights to drive data-driven decision-making and inform future product iterations.

What We Generally Look For:

    • A passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful AI products that solve real-world problems and create tangible value for customers and stakeholders.
    • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements and features.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, articulate product vision, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
    • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, product management best practices, and the ability to adapt and tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of each product.
    • Experience working in the AI or technology industry is desirable, but not required.
    • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent product management credentials are a plus.
