What You'll Do: (Job Description)

  • As a key member of the Customer Success Team, your job is to work with disengaged or dissatisfied Advisors, Advisors requesting to stop their subscription, or other unique advisor circumstances in order to retain them and ultimately turn them into raving fans while getting an ROI from our software.
  • You leverage your incredible problem-solving skills to uncover the advisor's issues then devise and deploy solutions to increase the advisor's usage of The Value Builder System™.
  • You know you are successful when advisors increase their system usage and realize an ongoing ROI.
  • You will work with each account for up to 6 months and regularly update the Customer Relationship Manager.


You Will Do This By: (The Day-to-Day Job)

  • Working with advisor churn requests to extend and/or save the advisors from canceling their subscriptions.
  • Consulting with the advisors that you work with to improve their integration with and use of The Value Builder System™.
  • When brought in by the Customer Relationship Manager, you will conduct discovery calls with advisors to learn their needs/issues then design and help implement their new processes that leverage The Value Builder System™.
  • Presenting an "action plan" to the advisor and persuading them to act on your recommendations.
  • Monitoring the progress of your "action plan".
  • Working with the Customer Success Team to identify advisors you can help, your goal is to work with a minimum of 50 accounts at all times.

  • You love presenting. You are an effective presenter in 1:1, small and large settings. You can command the room and deliver a presentation that is engaging and delivers value to the audience. You can quickly pivot if the presentation isn't working. (Presentation Skills)

Experience and Requirements

  • Experience implementing software applications
  • Have worked closely with C level management individuals
  • Software proficiency (Experience with Salesforce is a plus)
  • Experience in a sales role (for persuasion skills and confidence)
  • Experience in a teaching, training, or coaching position

Our Offices: We are a Toronto-based remote company. Your role is expected to be performed from a remote "work from home" setting however travel for important meetings and/or events will be required from time to time.
