We are looking for an Application Support Analyst at our Walker - Head Office location.
Reporting directly to the Software Application Manager, the incumbent will provide front-line support to key enterprise systems -- mainly scale-house systems. This will include responding to technical issues, completing routing monitoring and administration of systems, working collaboratively on enhancement projects, and working with vendor support to resolve issues.

This position requires a demonstrated degree of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize daily tasks. Courtesy, tact and diplomacy are required in dealing with colleagues in every day working relationships.
Education & Job Knowledge
Bachelor or Associate degree in Computer Science or Programming or equivalent experience and training.
Experience
Greater than two years but less than or equal to three years' experience. Experience with SQL query language and relational database systems an asset. Experience providing front-line technical support as an asset. Report development experience an asset.
Certificates, Licenses or Registration
A valid G Registration Ontario Driver's License. No license or certificates are required. Certificates in relevant areas are considered an asset (i.e. SQL).
