Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Operator Analytics (OA) team; a Business Intelligence offering that supports hundreds of Café Operators by identifying potential optimization opportunities and providing resolution recommendations.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Product Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Collaborate with leadership to build the product vision, strategy and thematic roadmap, with a focus on scaling to additional user personas
  • Work with GTM teams to support successful sales and customer onboarding/engagement that is aligned with the product vision and strategy
  • Advocate for our users -- acting as the “voice of the customer” for our technical teams to ensure that the right tradeoffs are made
  • Work collaboratively with decision science, design, engineering (BE, FE and data), design, and scrum managers deliver impact
  • Serve as the product owner for the pod: prioritizing feature backlog, providing feedback, and iterating with the team
  • Communicate new product releases to internal and external stakeholders
