About Us
Housing & Ancillary Services IT's mission is to implement secure, cost-effective computing technology solutions for our business partners, and to provide attentive, friendly, high quality technical support to our customers, solving their issues in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities
The Manager, Systems Operations (Technical) is technical leader accountable for the governance, design, development, implementation, reliability, availability, security and day-to-day operation of the Housing & Ancillary Services network, server systems and web hosting environment. Utilizing their technical expertise, the Manager directs, coaches and prioritizes the work of a Systems Administrator and other computing services staff who are engaged in Network Operations projects, duties and tasks. The Manager provides Tier III hardware/software support to the Computing Services team and also functions as a technical advisor to both Client Support Services and Web Services within Housing and Ancillary Services. The Manager provides technical and professional mentoring and acts as a resource for technical issues arising from either.
Each member of the Computing Services team is committed to providing a safe, reliable and secure computing and mobile environment for administrative staff.
