The impact you'll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Senior Program Manager for the Service Management Office, you will lead and manage critical programs aimed at continuous improvement, aligning with the strategic objectives across the organization.

This will assist in achieving corporate objectives of Improvement in the following areas:

  • margin and profitability
  • customer satisfaction and retention
  • team member experience
  • service delivery quality

These projects and programs include working on Managed IT and Professional Services programs in partnership between Fully Managed and TELUS Business, requiring a broad, mature, and expert understanding of the current business and service delivery practices and directions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and oversee multiple improvement initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects (including IT Tool rollouts) from inception through rollout and implementation, managing conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, and change
  • Collaborate with external consultants and industry experts to enhance operational maturity and drive organizational growth
  • Monitor cost, schedule, and achievement of outcomes/targets for performance of projects and operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization
  • Communicate program details effectively, including updates to executive and stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor other team members in the latest project/program management methodologies

What you bring

  • Advanced project management methodologies, principles, and practices
  • Advanced ability to work effectively with various levels of management and cross functional teams
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, presentation & facilitation skills
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience

Great-to-haves

  • PMP Designation
  • ITIL Foundations Certification or familiarity with framework and practices
  • Solid IT knowledge, including product, professional services, managed services, and cloud computing


Salary $94,000-$100,000
