The MS Dynamics Developer maintains the F&O platform, leads the design initiatives, and build of new customizations, bug fixes, integrations with other modules.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies.
The technical side includes researching, documenting, and modifying software specifications throughout the production lifecycle.
Business side proficiencies would be a great asset to assist end users on best practices, optimal features use, modernization, and evolution of F&O platform.

Responsibilities
· Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
· Understand limitations and functional capabilities of out of the box functionality as well as custom code
· Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
· Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
· Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
· Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
· Liaise with other technical teams, network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
· Manage and/or provide guidance to junior software developers and research assistants.
· identify business requirements and match them with technological capabilities and with Microsoft's continuous release plans


Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification
· College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or software engineering
· Certifications in professional Microsoft Dynamics or other relevant technologies
5+ years of experience within D365
Specialization in one/more of Finance; Supply Chain; Integration; Security.
