Plan, direct, and oversee the design, development, and operations of the NexGami Web3 gaming platform.
Define, control and evaluate the long-term roadmap for the NexGami Web3 gaming platform by utilizing knowledge obtained from research and studies.
Monitor and manage the relevant electronic data processing within the gaming platform to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and the NexGami Web3 gaming platform systems development and operations.
Supervise the IT Specialists, discuss, identify and establish system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
Prepare product requirements, and communicate with the IT Specialists to ensure that operational, procedural, and regulatory requirements are met.
Collect user insights and utilize user research data to guide system improvement.
Analyze results of system and integrated testing in conjunction with business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are met.
Collaborate with internal partners to identify and analyze risks and issues, design multiple layers to user risk assessment, and minimize risk and fraud cases.
Control the budget and expenditures of the operation and development of the NexGami Web3 gaming platform.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis and development, and data administration.
