Job Description:

• Plan, direct, and oversee the design, development, and operations of the NexGami Web3 gaming platform.
• Define, control and evaluate the long-term roadmap for the NexGami Web3 gaming platform by utilizing knowledge obtained from research and studies.
• Monitor and manage the relevant electronic data processing within the gaming platform to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and the NexGami Web3 gaming platform systems development and operations.
• Supervise the IT Specialists, discuss, identify and establish system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Prepare product requirements, and communicate with the IT Specialists to ensure that operational, procedural, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Collect user insights and utilize user research data to guide system improvement.
• Analyze results of system and integrated testing in conjunction with business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify and analyze risks and issues, design multiple layers to user risk assessment, and minimize risk and fraud cases.
• Control the budget and expenditures of the operation and development of the NexGami Web3 gaming platform.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems analysis and development, and data administration.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Language: English
