Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in building and shipping web applications.
- 2+ years of experience running live sites for large-scale web apps and services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with modern web technologies like React, TypeScript, GraphQL, etc.
- Experience with designing, building, and maintaining developer-facing APIs
- Competent in solution design, problem solving, debugging and communication skills
- Proficient understanding of how web applications work including authentication, cookies, offline storage, and best development practices
Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $79,600 - CAD $153,000 per year.
