Senior Engineer or Technician, Networks and Industrial Telecommunications

- Design, install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless).
- Identify client needs for new business opportunities or ongoing projects.
- Establish project scopes and draft proposals.
- Provide technical leadership within the team and serve as a reference.
- Prepare and review deliverables such as studies, reports, drawings, estimates, budgets, schedules, specification, quotation, etc.
- Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments.
- Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations.
- Use your professional network to generate business opportunities and promote BBA services to potential clients.

Overview of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma of Technology in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science, telecommunications or network administration; or any other relevant training
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex networks and telecommunications systems.
- Asset: Bilingual (English and French)
- Asset: Experience with information and communication technologies
- Asset: Experience with operational technologies
- Asset: Experience with projects in the energy, industrial, and mining sectors
An overview of BBA's total reward
- Annual base salary, based on 37.5 hours weekly, between $130 000 to $ 170 000
