  • Design, install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless).
  • Identify client needs for new business opportunities or ongoing projects.
  • Establish project scopes and draft proposals.
  • Provide technical leadership within the team and serve as a reference.
  • Prepare and review deliverables such as studies, reports, drawings, estimates, budgets, schedules, specification, quotation, etc.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments.
  • Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations.
  • Use your professional network to generate business opportunities and promote BBA services to potential clients.
  • Take on the following roles, depending on your areas of interest:
    −Technical expert
    −Project leader or project manager
    −Client account manager

Overview of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma of Technology in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science, telecommunications or network administration; or any other relevant training
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex networks and telecommunications systems.
  • Asset: Bilingual (English and French)
  • Asset: Experience with information and communication technologies
  • Asset: Experience with operational technologies
  • Asset: Experience with projects in the energy, industrial, and mining sectors

An overview of BBA's total reward

  • Annual base salary, based on 37.5 hours weekly, between $130 000 to $ 170 000
