Main Responsibilities


  • Display deep understanding of ERP and Accounting Systems and FISPAN's associated integrations through supporting problem illustration and solution design for challenges facing business clients and banks.
  • Own and maintain FISPAN's ERP Integration roadmap internally and support in external conversations on the topic.
  • Prioritize and scope functionality and activities, balancing the needs and demands of our partner banks and their business clientsDevelop go-to-market strategies with clear paths, critical metrics, and methods for tracking success and risk.
  • Work closely with our Product Marketing Team to enable communication of product intent, roadmaps, and schedules of delivery.
  • Translate business and user requirements into engineer-ready tickets with user stories, acceptance criteria and test steps.
  • Work with the Engineering Team to address any ambiguity on the business side, support the team with documentation, and facilitate business client discussions when necessary.
  • Act as the liaison between our product, UX and QA teams to support delivery of new products and features.
  • Enable successful product and feature launches from approved business cases through project delivery by partnering with various internal teams, creating thorough product specifications, and managing the creation of high quality, external-facing assets.
  • Support end-user growth by remaining in touch with positioning and feedback from client base to remain up to date with priority client requests, changing needs of the industry and primary client use cases for our product.
  • Coordinate monthly ERP releases across all Engineering teams.

What you Need


  • Most importantly, successful candidates will be fast learning self-starters and team players that will grow into playing a critical role in delivering services to our clients.
  • A high technical acumen is important.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, with preference to Business or Technology (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other development related fields).
  • 1-3 years of relevant business analyst, product management, accounting, banking, quality assurance or software development experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of one or more ERP or accounting systems such as Netsuite, Intacct, MS Business Central, Quickbooks or Xero.
  • A keen interest in how some of our world's largest organizations move money, information and data across a variety of systems. A demonstrable interest or exposure to enterprise technology would also be extremely relevant.
  • Experience with agile development practices and familiarity with JIRA ticket creation.
  • Familiarity with practical, real-world applications of accounting, retail or commercial banking, or APIs would be very relevant to this position.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with any high-level programming language is interesting, but not required. We use mediums such as XML and JSON, and other technologies such as Java, Python and Kotlin.
  • Willingness to question and bring ideas to the table about how to improve processes rather than stick to the status quo.

Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
