Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager at LifeLabs who is excited to play a crucial role in shaping the future of consumer platforms in the healthcare industry. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Consumer Platforms, this role offers a unique opportunity to own high-visibility projects that are pivotal to LifeLabs' growth and market presence.
As the Product Manager, you will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle of a consumer platform, implementing strategic initiatives that align with LifeLabs' mission and core business objectives. You will be expected to deeply understand LifeLabs' customers and advocate on their behalf to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies. As such, the ideal candidate will be expected to be a data-driven visionary, capable of understanding market trends and customer needs, to develop products/features that propel LifeLabs toward exponential growth.
Additionally, this role also requires a dynamic individual who is adept at problem-solving, has a strong background in product management, and possesses the leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams toward achieving shared goals. You will collaborate with technical and business team members to create products/features, often serving as the primary escalation point for project team members. Consequently, the ideal candidate will be comfortable leading groups through ambiguity and making hard, high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-market.
This is a Full Time Remote role based in ON/BC.
Core Accountabilities
Lead the project team through the product lifecycle, successfully migrating legacy systems onto a new modernized platform
Make it easy to choose LifeLabs by developing a feature pipeline that addresses pain points in the customer journey
Leverage growth hacking techniques to enhance the active user base by increasing reach, engagement, & retention
Define the monetization strategy for the platform and/or identify opportunities to grow EBITDA

This is a remote role.
Hiring Range: 92,600 - 118,000
The hiring range has been established, however, the final salary recommendation will be determined based off the level of experience, education requirement, external market conditions and internal equity.
In this position, you will be eligible for Lifelabs annual bonus.
