MOBIA is currently recruiting a DevOps Engineer to join our team for full-time employment, remotely. We are looking for someone that loves technology, enjoys working on many different types of projects, and that applies critical thinking and innovation to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

As a DevOps Engineer/Consultant at MOBIA Technology Innovations, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Customer Projects: Collaborate with clients to implement DevOps methodologies and tooling, focusing on delivering repeatable, automated, and scalable solutions that meet their specific needs.

• Pre-sales Scoping: Assist in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, scoping project requirements, and helping clients understand the benefits of DevOps solutions.

• Knowledge Management: Stay up to date with the latest industry tooling and trends that align with or enhance MOBIA Technology Innovations' Go-to-Market strategy. Share your knowledge with the team and clients to ensure we always offer the best solutions.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in DevOps engineering or consulting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Nice to Haves:

While not mandatory, the following certifications and skills are highly desirable for this role:

• Certifications in CNCF (CKA, CKS, CKAD)
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub Actions)
• Monitoring and observability (Datadog, Dynatrace)
• Security practices (Vault, Consul, DevSecOps)
• Preference will be given to those with demonstrated strong OpenStack skills and experience
