Skil ls:Strong experience with IBM i (AS400/iSeries) billing platform and operati onsProficiency in CL (Control Language), RPG (RPGLE/ILE RPG) for troubleshooting and analy sisHands-on experience with batch job processing, job scheduling, and job queue managem entAble to perform data fixes, file maintenance, and system-level debugg ingExposure to automation scripting, monitoring tools, and batch recovery strateg iesDeep understanding of manual handling, job logs, spool files, and system messa
