Needed development with this skillset. Experience with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and other monitoring tools is optional. (Experience with these is a plus.) Must-haves: Unix/Linux, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Shell Scripting, C++/Pro*C, and good communication skills.
