Responsibilities
• Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments using infrastructure-as-code practices • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable engineering teams to ship code reliably and frequently with minimal manual intervention • Monitor system health, troubleshoot outages, and drive incident response with a focus on reducing mean time to recovery • Manage containerized workloads and orchestration platforms, ensuring services scale smoothly under varying traffic loads • Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement resource governance to keep cloud spend aligned with business priorities
Qualification
Required
• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience) with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including core compute, storage, and networking services • Comfort with Linux environments, shell scripting, and the command-line workflows that underpin modern infrastructure management • A reliability-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting instincts and the patience to chase down root causes in distributed systems
Preferred
• Previous internship or project experience managing production infrastructure, writing Terraform/Pulumi modules, or operating Kubernetes clusters • Familiarity with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis • Exposure to networking concepts like DNS, load balancing, VPCs, and service mesh in a cloud-native context • Genuine curiosity about how infrastructure decisions impact developer velocity and end-user experience
