Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
This role is to help scale Arc’teryx’s strategic digital adoption platform that enables technology business users and teams to adopt digital transformation initiatives to meet & exceed the company’s strategic goals. Reporting to the SAP Training Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how the platform is governed and used across the business, balancing day‑to‑day execution with longer‑term product vision. You will play a hands‑on ownership role of platform capabilities, and will have the opportunity to build processes, standards, and operating models that do not yet exist. You will help establish scalable governance, content standards and reusability, analyze usage patterns, and help extend the chosen digital adoption platform across Arc’teryx as the tool of choice. You will work through a blue-sky implementation landscape navigating uncertainty and change, backing your expertise and knowledge of the product. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
The ERP and Corporate Applications team is in the Technology vertical of Arc’teryx. You will be in the same team as other product managers, who partner with business teams to enable technology as a key ally in meeting their enterprise strategic targets. As part of this team, you would be collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders across the critical business functions of the organization like supply chain, design, people and culture among others. This is a new team with a fresh mandate to implement best-in-class digital adoption practices in the company.
If you were in the DAP Systems Specialist role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Managing and improving the adoption of our DAP, ensuring its smooth operation, accessibility, and effectiveness in meeting the organization's digital transformation goals
- Building, engaging, and scaling a community of ‘power users’ in the organization as part of a decentralized operating model
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and technical knowledge owners to develop and implement engaging training content within the tool
- Providing technical support and guidance to a community of users on DAP functionality, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing user experience
- Providing subject matter expertise in an advisory capacity by driving best practice recommendations on tool adoption and providing timely product-related advice
- Defining, monitoring, & maintaining content quality standards to ensure content hygiene
- Ownership of content transports from editor to test and to production. Instituting a well-defined and repeatable protocol for content transports
- Training and on-boarding new users of the tool effectively
Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:
- Establishing governance guardrails, content standards, naming conventions and role guidelines to ensure hygiene, reusability and scalability
- Owning the analytics and insights feature of the platform; analyze usage patterns and make suggestions & recommendations
- Driving the operating and enablement model; train users, compile training documentation, and holding office hours (when necessary)
- Scaling WalkMe as an enterprise platform by supporting expansion into new use cases and applications while maintaining platform health and technical hygiene
- Triaging and working on new support tickets related to incidents or operational support
- Managing the rollout of new training assets, into a larger knowledge base that supports new user on-boarding and rapid adoption
- Create content in the DAP Platform – Smart WalkThrus, Launchers etc. and deploy to a user base
Are you our next DAP Systems Specialist?
- You have 8+ years of experience in digital adoption, product, platform, or enterprise SaaS roles, with handson experience designing or supporting inapp guidance at scale
- You understand Point-of-use enablement, the challenges, the typical user pain points, and know what countermeasures are required
- You have direct experience or certification in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform
- You have strong subject matter expertise in WalkMe or similar DAP Products and can advise new users on the technicalities and troubleshoot issues proactively
- You have scaled similar DAP software in your earlier roles and bring a level of curiosity and passion for building
- You understand content and governance standards and have implemented these in previous roles
- Knowledge of DAP integrations is considered an asset
- Experience working in the retail sector is considered an asset.
- Experience with SAP GUI and/or Fiori is considered an asset.
- You are a self-guided individual that displays autonomous leadership qualities and assumes a growth-mindset.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is CAD$82,000 - CAD$108,000

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
