The Opportunity:
You will be the first ever Engineering Manager hired to help scale high-performing engineering teams, shape engineering culture, and drive delivery excellence across a growing technology organization. You will lead the development of modern cloud-native and AI-enabled software platforms, partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to solve complex challenges at scale. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on both the technology roadmap and the growth of the engineering organization.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams in fast-paced product, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise environments. Strong technical foundation with experience working in modern software ecosystems including C#/.NET, Python, React, cloud platforms, APIs, and distributed systems. Demonstrated success driving delivery execution, improving engineering processes, and increasing team effectiveness. Experience coaching engineers, technical leads, and senior contributors through mentorship, performance management, and career development. Ability to effectively partner with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with business priorities. Comfortable participating in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and strategic engineering decision-making. Experience implementing and improving modern software delivery practices including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, testing, and operational excellence. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience hiring, scaling teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement. Exposure to AI-powered products, AI-assisted development tools, or modern engineering workflows leveraging technologies such as Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools is considered a strong asset.
