About the role

AI Coach
Main Responsibilities
Configure, deploy and continuously improve AI agents supporting delivery squads and business teams.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to team members on the effective use of AI-assisted workflows and agentic AI solutions.
Enforce Responsible AI principles, including security, compliance, privacy, governance and ethical use of AI.
Validate, standardize and continuously enhance AI agent outputs to ensure quality, reliability and consistency.
Define and maintain AI usage guidelines, best practices, patterns and reusable components.
Identify automation and augmentation opportunities across delivery processes and drive continuous iteration and improvement.
Monitor AI performance, adoption and value realization, and recommend corrective or optimization actions.
Collaborate closely with developers, data specialists, business analysts and architects to integrate AI capabilities into end-to-end solutions.
Support experimentation, proof-of-concepts and controlled rollouts of new AI capabilities while ensuring scalability and risk mitigation.
Contribute to communities of practice and ensure alignment with organizational AI strategy and standards.
Academic Background
Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, statistics, mathematics or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant technical or advisory role.

Experience
5+ years of experience in technology, data, analytics or digital solution delivery, with hands-on exposure to AI or automation initiatives.
Proven experience working with AI-assisted tools, generative AI solutions and/or intelligent automation platforms.
Experience coaching, enabling or supporting teams in the adoption of new technologies or delivery practices.
Experience working in an agile delivery environment, preferably with Scrum.
Experience operating in regulated or risk-sensitive environments is an asset.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors)
Strong understanding of AI concepts, including generative AI, agent-based systems, prompt engineering and model limitations.
Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, including security, privacy, compliance, governance and ethical considerations.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess AI outputs, risks and value realization.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, MLOps concepts).
Knowledge of data, analytics and software development life cycles.
Excellent French and English communication skills (spoken and written).
