As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical leader with a strong backend foundation, front-end exposure, and a passion for building AI-enabled enterprise solutions. You will design and deliver scalable software, mentor other engineers, influence architecture and engineering practices, and help the team use AI tools effectively in day-to-day development. You will own systems or a product area end-to-end, frame ambiguous and system-level problems, and drive high-complexity decisions that have business-level impact across multiple services. What You'll Get to Do Design, build, and evolve scalable services and product experiences that reduce manual effort, improve implementation quality, and deliver more customer value. Lead by example as a hands-on engineer, solving complex technical problems while mentoring teammates and contributing to strong engineering habits across the team. Build AI fluency into the engineering workflow by using modern AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, while coaching others on effective and responsible AI usage. Contribute to AI-enabled product capabilities, with experience implementing solutions that leverage generative and non-generative AI models considered an asset. Own services or product areas end-to-end—from idea and design through delivery and iteration—partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to drive business outcomes. Strengthen reliability through sound engineering practices, observability, and production readiness, including logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of service health. Work across backend systems, APIs, and modern web technologies, bringing a product mindset and thoughtful trade-off decisions to each stage of delivery. Skills and Experience We Value Strong, recent hands-on experience building production software with C# and .NET. Your most impactful work should still be hands-on at this level. Strong backend expertise with front-end capabilities. React and TypeScript are strongly preferred; experience with Angular or Vue is also welcomed. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reliable, maintainable systems where the primary challenge is managing complexity across services, dependencies, consistency, and failure scenarios. Practical experience using AI tools in your engineering workflow, with measurable outcomes such as reduced cycle time or faster time to production, and experience helping teams adopt AI responsibly and effectively. Ability to guide technical design, mentor peers, and elevate engineering quality through thoughtful code reviews and best practices. Experience with observability and reliability practices, including monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production readiness. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Product mindset, sound technical judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
