Role Description This is a full-time, 13–14 month contract Distribution Operations Analyst role based in Toronto, ON. The Distribution Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery, administration, and growth of Lawyers Financial's insurance solutions. The role is responsible for coordinating software testing and quality assurance activities, supporting strategic projects and operational initiatives, managing advisor licensing and compliance processes, and providing operational support to the advisor network. The successful candidate will develop and analyze business performance reports, maintain Power BI dashboards, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the implementation of product enhancements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications • Relevant experience in insurance operations, software testing, business analysis, reporting, project support, or a related field • Life and health insurance industry experience considered an asset • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and software testing skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience preferred and APEXA familiarity considered an asset • Experience creating, analyzing, and interpreting business reports and data • Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with initiative
