SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions using IBM Cognos Analytics. Create interactive reports, dashboards, frameworks, and metadata models to support business reporting. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable reporting solutions. Optimize report performance while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance. Integrate Cognos with enterprise databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure Data Services. Support production issues, enhancements, UAT, release deployments, and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the insurance and financial services domain to deliver data-driven insights.
