Key Deliverables Configured HRSD solution (forms, workflows, automation) Employee Center enhancements (UX, action items, navigation) Developed integrations with external systems Unit/SIT support, defect fixes, deployments Documentation and knowledge transfer
Scope of Work Configure/build HRSD solution, implement workflows, develop integrations, enhance Employee Center, support testing Deliver Action Item Aggregation across SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time) Implement HR Workflow Automation Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution Participate in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions) Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer
