Position Summary:

We are looking for a self-driven professional with a proactive mindset in identifying risks, proposing solutions, and optimizing system performance. The Sr Analyst, IT HFM Systems will be responsible for managing SAP system architecture, ensuring security and audit compliance and supporting the implementation of new processes in collaboration with external SAP Support teams. The role also collaborates with business system owners and end users to address reporting needs and oversees the Hyperion consolidation tool. This role focuses primarily on technical leadership and system ownership, while project delivery and service management responsibilities are led by a separate role within the team.

General:

Identify and implement system and process improvements across SAP and HFM landscapes. Ensure detailed system and process documentation, including configurations and integrations. Support project delivery (upgrades, enhancements, migrations). Collaborate with software vendors and service providers to address system-related issues, enhancements, and updates. Deliver user training and support to drive adoption and effective system usage as needed.

SAP: Ensure security compliance, including SAP Notes implementation, vulnerability remediation and system updates. Internal and external audit compliance (Roles reconfiguration, checks and fixes required by audit). License optimization. Manage system integrations with platforms such as Concur, xSuite and Workday. Coordinate change management activities related to SAP Basis and technical operations. Support technical operations and Basis-related activities in coordination with external SAP Support teams. Participation in SAP projects, including S/4HANA upgrades and implementation. Support project/service activities as needed to ensure team continuity.

Hyperion: Manage and support Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to ensure data integrity, system stability, and proper configuration. Oversee financial data processes including reconciliation, consolidation, and accrual validation. Design and maintain integrations between SAP and Hyperion, ensuring consistency across systems. Monitor data collection, calculation, translation, and validation processes, using Dimensions to break data down. Deliver self-service reporting to the organization for internal management. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to load and extract files, including self-service reporting. Enhance financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cashflow and other reports) and support automation initiatives.

Requirements Experienced SAP Technical Consultant with a solid background as Technical Lead in implementations, rollouts, and upgrade projects. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with IT audit requirements and Role reconfiguration projects (GRC) Proven experience in reviewing custom developments, code quality, system integrations, and SAP landscape architecture. Hands-on expertise in Hyperion Financial Management and multiple SAP technical areas. Knowledge of financial processes, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.

Technical expertise SAP BI SAP BTP SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Workflow ABAP Development Extensive experience in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems using: EDI Web Services OData RFC Direct database integrations Good understanding of SAP Basis concepts, enabling effective collaboration with external Basis teams and SAP Ability to work with multiple regions with occasional working hours flexibility Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Good to have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in HFM Finances/Accounting/Controlling analysis and management. SAP FICO, MM, SD, other modules and consolidation experience (+2 years). Experience in managing and supporting Concur. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
