About the Role As our next Workday Lead, you’ll shape the vision and execution of our Workday HCM ecosystem. You’ll partner with HR stakeholders, guide complex implementations, optimize processes, and mentor junior team members. In this role you will: • Drive end-to-end Workday implementations and integrations, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to best practices, and alignment with our business objectives. • Serve as a trusted Workday consultant to HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams—translating requirements into scalable configuration, reports, and dashboards. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives: streamline workflows, reduce manual workarounds, and leverage Workday’s self-service features to boost efficiency and user adoption. • Build strong relationships across global teams—engaging executives, functional experts, IT partners, and third-party vendors to foster a collaborative, solution-oriented environment. • Mentor and coach junior HRIS analysts: share knowledge, develop training materials, and support career advancement—cultivating a culture of learning and innovation. What You'll Do Project Leadership & Delivery • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to meet milestones. • Manage risk and change controls, escalating issues promptly to stakeholders. Workday Configuration & Optimization • Configure HCM modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Compensation. • Analyze current configurations; recommend and implement process improvements. Stakeholder Engagement & Training • Facilitate design workshops, requirement sessions, and user acceptance testing. • Create and deliver training materials, job aids, and knowledge-sharing forums. Continuous Improvement & Innovation • Monitor system performance; propose enhancements to automate processes. • Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends; lead adoption of new features. What Wer're Looking For Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field. • Preferred: Workday certifications (Core HCM, Benefits, Integrations, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Talent). Experience • 5–8 years of hands-on Workday implementation and support experience in a consulting or in-house HRIS role. • Proven track record delivering end-to-end Workday projects on schedule and within budget. Skills & Competencies • Complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. • Strong stakeholder management: negotiate, influence, and present at all organizational levels. • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences. • Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time-management abilities. • Adaptable under pressure, able to balance multiple priorities and tight deadlines. • Advanced proficiency in Workday security, reporting (Custom and Table), integrations (EIB, Core Connectors), and related technologies. • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity. Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. Vos missions : • Piloter les projets Workday (implémentations et intégrations) de la planification à la livraison, en respectant les délais, les méthodologies et les objectifs d’affaires. • Agir en véritable consultant Workday : traduire les besoins des équipes RH, Paie, Acquisition de talents et Finances en configurations, rapports et tableaux de bord évolutifs. • Mener des initiatives d’amélioration continue : simplifier les flux de travail, réduire les tâches manuelles et maximiser l’adoption des fonctionnalités en libre-service. • Établir des relations de confiance à l’échelle mondiale : collaborer avec la direction, les experts métier, l’IT et les fournisseurs tiers pour un climat de résolution collaborative. • Encadrer et former les analystes HRIS juniors : partager vos connaissances, créer des supports pédagogiques et soutenir leur développement professionnel. Responsabilités clés • Élaborer des plans de projet détaillés, des calendriers et des stratégies de communication pour atteindre chaque jalon. • Gérer les risques et les changements, en escaladant les enjeux aux parties prenantes le cas échéant. • Configurer les modules HCM : Core HCM, Avantages sociaux, Recrutement, Gestion du temps, Absences et Rémunération. • Analyser les configurations existantes et proposer des optimisations pour automatiser et simplifier les processus. • Organiser et animer des ateliers de conception, des sessions de recueil de besoins et des tests d’acceptation utilisateur. • Développer et diffuser des guides de formation, des fiches pratiques et des sessions de partage de connaissances. • Surveiller les performances du système et recommander des améliorations pour tirer parti des nouvelles fonctionnalités Workday. Qualifications Formation et certifications • Baccalauréat en systèmes d’information, ressources humaines, gestion ou domaine connexe. • Atouts : certifications Workday (Core HCM, Avantages sociaux, Intégrations, Recrutement, Gestion du temps, Absence, Rémunération avancée ou Talent). Expérience • 5 à 8 ans d’expérience en implémentation et support Workday, en cabinet de conseil ou en milieu interne HRIS. • Antécédents prouvés de livraison de projets Workday de bout en bout, dans le respect des délais et du budget.
