What is the Opportunity?

The Senior Manager, Client Relationship Management (CRM) is responsible for the development and implementation of Salesforce.com CRM technology initiatives for RBC Insurance (RBCI).

Reporting to the Director, Client Relationship Management & Sales Tools, this individual is a key member of the Salesforce.com Center of Excellence and acts as trusted advisor and Salesforce.com CRM technology subject matter expert. The successful candidate will build business capabilities through the development of CRM technology enabled solutions and will work with key business partners to ensure deployment and strong adoption of CRM solutions. This role acts as a senior administrator for our Salesforce.com instances as we drive towards the cutting edge of Salesforce.com innovation and continue to enhance the Salesforce.com platforms for all of RBCI.

What will you do?

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce.com platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
  • Assess business needs and then lead and/or execute configuration changes within salesforce.com to address requirements.
  • Consult with all company stakeholders on new requirements and optimization of existing capabilities on the Salesforce platform.
  • Support multiple business channels and user groups with ongoing product enhancements and feature development (configuration based) for major releases
  • Provide thought leadership and direction to maximize our CRM transformation with the Salesforce.com platform
  • Work closely with our IT partners on the implementation of change management best practices
  • Support the business with overall change management initiatives to ensure proper adoption of the Salesforce.com platform
  • Support the day-to-day administration of our existing salesforce.com instances

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 3+ years of Salesforce.com Administrator experience
  • CRM industry acumen and awareness of emerging industry capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration functionality
  • Certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder and one of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience working in an Agile and Kanban delivery environment
  • Strong strategic business sense and ability think conceptually and strategically
  • Proven ability to execute within a matrix organization
  • Ability to find creative solutions to business problems
  • Ability to interpret data and make data based decisions / recommendations
  • Product mindset to app development
  • Experience using Flow builder
  • Financial Services Cloud experience

Nice-to-have

  • Prior insurance industry experience
  • Experience using Agentforce and Omnistudio is an asset

Pay Range

The expected pay range for this position is:

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
