Key Responsibilities
Design and DevelopmentSolid experience in Analysis Design Development Testing and Implementation all phases of software development life cycle SDLC
Strong knowledge of Java Collection framework and MultiThreading
Handson experience with RESTful service implementations
Experience and familiarity building modern Spring applications with Spring Boot
Lead the design development and maintenance of scalable and highperformance web applications leveraging React for frontend interfaces Nodejs for backend services and APIs and Redis for caching session management or Realtime data handling
Architecture Optimization
Contribute to architectural decisions ensuring application scalability performance and security Optimize application performance across the stack including database queries API responses and frontend rendering
Collaboration
Work closely with product managers UXUI designers and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver seamless user experiences
Code Quality Best Practices
Write clean maintainable and welltested code Implement and enforce coding standards participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Troubleshooting Support
Identify diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner
Technical Proficiency
React Deep understanding of Reactjs including hooks context API state management libraries eg Redux MobX and performance optimization techniques
Nodejs Strong proficiency in Nodejs including building RESTful APIs asynchronous programming and working with various Nodejs frameworks eg Expressjs NestJS
Redis Handson experience with Redis for caching pubsub or data persistence
Databases Experience with relational databases eg PostgreSQL MySQL andor NoSQL databases eg MongoDB
Version Control Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
ProblemSolving
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the full stack
Communication
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a team environment

Compensation range: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
