We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Sr. Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Service Management (ITSM) engagements from strategy design through implementation, focusing on technology-based process automation and systems design testing.
• Develop multi-year implementation roadmaps to achieve client business objectives and present strategic direction to C-suite executives.
• Conduct process assessments and compliance evaluations to improve ITSM capabilities and maturity.
• Collaborate with senior IT executives and operational managers to design and document IT business processes and related enabling technologies.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of consulting and technical projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and issues are effectively managed.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic advisory services to enhance business engagement and operating models.
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to determine process and technology requirements.
• Provide team management and leadership, coaching skills, and practice leadership/management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Applied Mathematics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, IT Operations, and Process Management.
• Minimum 3 years managerial/leadership experience
• Proven track record in IT Service Management, Process Design Management, and Business Change Management.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Certification (Expert v3 and Service Manager v2).
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Familiarity with strategic planning and execution in a consulting environment.
