The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise architecture strategies, aligning business and technology roadmaps, and driving digital transformation initiatives across lending platforms and banking applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks aligned with business objectives. Define target architectures, roadmaps, and governance standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to design scalable solutions. Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices. Drive modernization and transformation initiatives across lending systems and banking applications. Provide strategic guidance on application, data, integration, and infrastructure architectures. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk management requirements within the banking sector. Required Qualifications TOGAF Certification is mandatory. Strong experience in the Banking domain, specifically Lending (Retail, Commercial, Mortgage, or Consumer Lending). Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Expertise in application architecture, integration architecture, cloud technologies, and API-driven solutions. Experience with digital transformation and modernization programs. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams in a remote environment.
