Reporting to the Director, Systems & Security, this role ensures the stability, reliability, and scalability of Sunrise’s networks, servers, and core systems that enable secure, uninterrupted member and employee experiences. The Senior Manager leads a team of IT Officers, providing technical direction, prioritization, and hands-on guidance in the management of system availability, performance, and cybersecurity readiness. This role contributes to strategic technology planning and ensures infrastructure and system support practices align with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and Sunrise’s digital transformation goals.
