About This Role
We are seeking a mid-level DevOps engineer passionate about owning complex problems from end to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure design, pipeline architecture, incident management, and on-call support. This role involves maintaining the resilience and speed of the infrastructure responsible for moving money in production, building multi-region cloud deployments, and developing CI/CD pipelines. The engineer will collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement AI-accelerated developer tooling and ensure smooth deployment processes. Working within a small, dynamic team, you will have direct access to engineering, architecture, and security professionals, enabling you to influence cross-domain reliability decisions and contribute to the company's technological growth.
Qualifications
3 to 6 years of experience in building and operating production infrastructure end-to-end Proficiency with AWS in a production environment, including multi-region setups, IAM, networking, and managed services Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Ownership and management of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or equivalent) Experience with container orchestration in a production setting Strong background in operating observability and monitoring stacks, including defining SLOs and setting up alerting Hands-on experience with production incident response and on-call rotations Daily use of agentic coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar across the SDLC Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and automated software delivery, including release gating, delivery automation, and rollback procedures Design, build, and operate multi-region cloud infrastructure on AWS, covering identity management (Cognito), networking, and disaster recovery strategies Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to adopt AI-accelerated SDLC tooling, enhancing developer productivity Manage production observability systems, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response, ensuring high availability and reliability Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents promptly, and implement measures to prevent recurrence Utilize agentic coding tools regularly to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes Partner with cross-functional teams to define and uphold best practices for infrastructure security, compliance, and resilience
