Application Support Analyst Desktop Support Technician Hardware Technician IT Developer IT Support Specialist What We're Looking For We are interested in connecting with professionals who possess: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application or related IT support role. Strong understanding of enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, custom business apps) Proficiency in Databases & SQL and ability to write queries for data analysis and troubleshooting. Experience in scripting and automation. Experience with ITSM tools. Experience with cloud-based applications and services. Ability to follow procedures and document technical issues clearly. Experience with some system administration, and second level support. Basic understanding of networking and scripting. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, email communications, and presentations effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working conditions Work indoors. May be exposed to hot temperatures from ovens. May work close to others, usually within a few feet. Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting, and temperature. Physical requirements Standing involved. May repeat the same movement. Often wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, steel toed safety shoes/boots and beard nets. Ability to bend or twist their body. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
